What types of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and ApplePay.   All online transactions are processed by Stripe.

In store we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, NFC payments, and ApplePay.

Where is my order?

How do I download my digital product?

Please note digital products can only be downloaded 3 times after your initial purchase.  If you exceed 3 downloads and have lost your product, please use the contact form below to let us know you need help.

Can I sell my publication at No Wave?

Yes, we would love to hear about your publication and have a whole page to tell you about that.  Please visit for more information.

What is your Return Policy?

NO WAVE accepts no returns without prior arrangement. Returns will be accepted for replacements or store credit ONLY. No refunds.

NO WAVE will not accept returns made after 30 days of purchase under any circumstance.

NO WAVE will not accept returns for items damaged during shipping.

NO WAVE  does not accept returns on any digital media.  If your digital media is defective, please contact us so we can provide you with a new copy.

All returned items must be “as new.”  Refunds for online orders will not be processed until the items is received.

A copy of your original invoice is required for all returns, no exceptions.
